Job management - Common Concepts
Create a Job
Click on the
symbol in the wanted capsule
Name your job (required)
Describe your job
Write a release note for your job
Enter an email address and select the type of alerts you want to receive
Run your job manually or set up a schedule
Create a job - Scheduling
Select the date at which the job will start
Select how many times the job will play
Select a delay between each jobs (required)
Set up timing for a retry in case the job fails
Access options within a job overview
Select a job
Select the panel you want to reach
On mobile, click on the "Actions" button located in the top bar of a job overview
Search a job
Click on the search bar at the top of the Manager
Type the name of the job your are searching for
Filter jobs by status
Click on the "Filter Jobs by" button next to the search bar
Select the status you want to filter jobs by
Delete a job
Click on the "bin" icon
next to a job
Confirm your action by clicking on the “Delete” button
Run a job
Click on the "play" icon
To stop your job, click on the "stop" icon
Monitor the status of a job
There are 7 different job statuses :
Success
Killed
Failed
Queued
Pending
Waiting next schedule run
Never launched
Display logs
Click on a job to display the logs screen
Select which execution of the job you want to display logs for
Select between only showing the last lines of the logs or full logs
Click on “Download error/standard logs” to download your logs or read them through the online viewer
Edit settings
Click on the arrow to display the options dropdown menu
Click on “Settings” to edit settings for a specific job
Edit the email address used for alerts and the run type (manual or scheduled)
Upgrade a job
Click on the arrow to display the options dropdown menu
Click on “Upgrade” to access the job upgrade display
Edit your command
Click on “Upgrade to new version” to set this version as the current version of your job
Manage versions of a job
Click on the arrow to display the options dropdown menu
Click on “Versions” to access the job versions display
Select which version of the job you want to display
Check the details of the version and click on "Rollback to this version" if you want to set this version as the current version of the job You can download the package of the job if one has been uploaded
Tag major job versions
Click on the arrow to display the options dropdown menu
Click on “Versions” to access the job versions display
Select which version of the job you want to set as major
Click on the "Set Major Version" button
5. The version is set as major when a star appears next to it
Duplicate a job
Click on the arrow to display the options dropdown menu
Click on “Create from...” to duplicate the selected job
